What materials do your bags consist of?

Our products are made of high-quality, durable materials – you can find more detailed information about materials and care on the respective product detail pages.

What to do if my favorite product is sold out?

If an item is sold out, you can optionally use the "Restock Alert" function (if activated) or sign up for our newsletter – this way you'll be the first to know when it's back in stock!

Do you offer spare parts or repair?

Depending on the material and product – contact us, we will check individual solutions (e.g. zippers or straps), but we do not offer a general repair guarantee.

Order

How do I give up an order?

Simply select an item, add it to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout – we accept common payment methods (credit card, PayPal, possibly instant bank transfer, etc.).

Can I change or cancel an order?

Please email us any requests for changes promptly. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible once the order has been shipped.

Do I get an order and shipping confirmation?

Yes – after completing your order, you will receive a confirmation, after which we will inform you about the shipping and activate shipment tracking.

Shipment & Delivery

Where do you send?

We ship worldwide – including to Germany, Austria and EU countries.

How long does shipping take?

In Austria/Germany usually 2–5 working days, EU-wide 5–10 working days (Customs clearance for outside the EU is of course included).

What happens if my delivery does not arrive?

If the package hasn't arrived after 14 days, please contact us. We'll then check with our logistics partners.

return & Exchange

How does the right of return work?

After receiving the goods you have 14-day return policyprovided the items are returned unworn, undamaged and with the original packaging.

How do I apply for return or exchange?

Simply send us a short email with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll get back to you with the next steps.

Who bears the return costs?

You'll receive a return label from us, and we'll cover these costs throughout Europe. Only with our label will you get free return shipping.

Which payment methods do you activate?

We offer secure payments via credit card, PayPal and possibly Instant bank transfer or Klarna All payment data is transmitted using SSL encryption (PCI level) – maximum security.

Is my payment safe?

Yes – our payment partners are certified, and your data is never processed directly by us.

Monday – Friday, daytime (approximately 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.). Response time via email: usually within 24 hours, at the latest within 48 hours.
